I know it’s difficult to attend a weekly class, and even more challenging to commit to a block of weekly classes.
( Thank you to those who do book, pay and attend in 5 or 6 week blocks, I appreciate every single one of you)
I would like to invite you- the readers of my emails who can’t get to my classes but would like to exercise regularly to just one special session/workshop.
You will enjoy a 1 hour 15minute session, tailored exercises to take home and a copy of the music cd.
All designed to help you keep up the good work when you can’t get to classes.
There is a choice of 2 Spring/Summer workshops
Sunday 8th May
Introduction to Pilates
2pm-3.15pm Easy exercises to improve core strength, balance, posture & pelvic floor muscles.
Sunday 5th June
Stretch and unwind
2pm-3.15pm Lengthen your muscles, relieve stiffness & tension in your body. De-stress and learn to relax.
The cost is ten pounds per session and spaces are limited to 10 clients.
