It is really important to me that you enjoy my emails and classes.

*9.30am-10.30am Fitness Pilates(2 spaces)

6.30pm-7.30pm Fitness Pilates

7.30pm-8.30pm Funky Fit-mix

St Joseph’s lower hall, Helensburgh


10am-11am Fitness Pilates

1.30pm-2.30pm Funky Wee Monkeys children aged 2+

Riverside Church hall, Dumbarton

7.30-8.30pm Funky Fit-mix

Centre Stage Dance studio, Dumbarton

Classes with a star (*) have limited spaces and booking is required.

All other classes are on a ‘drop in/pay as you come’ basis.

Fitness Pilates and Funky Fitmix are 6 pounds per class and Funky wee monkeys are 3 pounds and 50 pence.
