Motivation…what’s yours?

Hello!
I was chatting to some regular clients after a class last week and it got me thinking ..what motivates people to exercise?
Some people are motivated by how they want to look, by a piece of clothing (I have jeans I would love to get back into!)or simply want to feel better about themselves. Do you have a health issue and you have to exercise regularly to help recovery? Sometimes paying for a block of classes helps to keep you attending. Maybe a friend or relative going to a class or gym with you is the secret to your success? I’d love to hear what works for you. What can I include in my emails to help to motivate you? Top tips for motivating yourself
I’ve recently read a great article titled 7 Energising Exercise motivation tips. I have listed the 7 main points below and the link if you would like to read more.
1) Don’t think- Just do it
2) Imagine how you will feel if you don’t exercise
3) Only look to the next session
4) Regularly consider the wonderful and plentiful PHYSICAL benefits of exercise.
5)Regularly consider the wonderful and plentiful PSYCHOLOGICAL benefits of exercise.
6) Vary your exercise routine
7) Visualise yourself exercising
