Get your body back…to class

Well, that’s my wee Katie away to school now, I wasn’t sad or emotional because she was so ready to go. Let’s hope she is just as keen in the weeks,months and years to come.
Here is where I am this week- looking forward to seeing everyone getting back to class!
Monday 20th August

10am-11am Fitness Pilates Braeholm, Helensburgh

Tuesday 21st August

9.15am-10.15am Fitness Pilates *Only 3 spaces available*
Unit 4, (next to YOUR RADIO) Castlegreen Street, Dumbarton
6 session block £30 (payable by cash/cheque on 21 August)
Dates 21 Aug, 28 Aug, 4 Sept, 11 Sept, 18 Sept, 25 Sept 2012

6.30pm-7.30pm Fitness Pilates- gentle for you, tough for your corset and tummy muscles

7.30pm-8.30pm Bums, tums & wobbly bits– blast your jelly belly, butt and bingo wings!

8.30pm-9pm Super trooper circuit (I play Abba music to sing along to while you sweat!)

St Josephs Lower hall, Helensburgh

Tuesday evening classes are on a ‘pay as you come’ basis for the moment. STILL ONLY £5 per class. Circuit is £2.50  (or FREE when you attend Bums, tums & wobbly bits.)

I have NEW Funky Fitness children’s classes launching in Dumbarton and Helensburgh in the next few weeks. These classes are great for burning off kids’ energy, packed full of fun,fitness and games, weekly motivational prizes/certificates and all to the coolest chart tunes!

Mondays at St Josephs lower hall, Helensburgh

Children in primaries 1,2 & 3 class time 3.30pm-4.15pm

Block booking/payment is required due to limited number of spaces.

£12 per child for a 4 session block due to bank holidays etc (Mondays 3 Sept,10th Sept, 17 sept, 1 Oct)Please pay by cash/cheque on first day. 3rd September 2012,

Thursdays at Riverside church hall, DUMBARTON

Children in primaries 1 + 2 class time 3.25pm – 4.10pm

Children in primaries 3+ 4  class time 4.15pm – 5pm

Block booking/payment is required due to limited number of spaces.

£18 per child for a 6 session block. ( Thursdays 6 September-11 October).Please pay by cash/cheque on first day. 6 September 2012.

Exercise tip of the week – Side plank

We have been performing exercise at Bums,tums and wobbly bits class on Tuesdays. It’s a fab exercise to target your waist and corset muscles.

Lie on your right side (and then on your left) with your legs straight.  Rest your left hand on your hip.

Hold your abs in for 60 seconds.  Be sure your hips and knees stay off the floor.

Repeat this move on each side for at least 5 times.
