8.30pm-9pm Super trooper circuit (I play Abba music to sing along to while you sweat!)

Tuesday evening classes are on a ‘pay as you come’ basis for the moment. STILL ONLY £5 per class. Circuit is £2.50 (or FREE when you attend Bums, tums & wobbly bits.)

I have NEW Funky Fitness children’s classes launching in Dumbarton and Helensburgh in the next few weeks. These classes are great for burning off kids’ energy, packed full of fun,fitness and games, weekly motivational prizes/certificates and all to the coolest chart tunes!
Mondays at St Josephs lower hall, Helensburgh
Children in primaries 1,2 & 3 class time 3.30pm-4.15pm
Block booking/payment is required due to limited number of spaces.

Exercise tip of the week – Side plank
We have been performing exercise at Bums,tums and wobbly bits class on Tuesdays. It’s a fab exercise to target your waist and corset muscles.
Lie on your right side (and then on your left) with your legs straight. Rest your left hand on your hip.
Hold your abs in for 60 seconds. Be sure your hips and knees stay off the floor.
Repeat this move on each side for at least 5 times.
